Chorus will be inserting a new firewall into the path that handles traffic between Chorus internal systems and the Internet.
The following systems and services will be impacted during the below window: • Wednesday 3rd December 23:00 – Thursday 4th 02:00 (3 Hours)
Note: In the event of a rollback, the entire outage window may be utilised.
Some features will be unavailable for use: • PowerSense API - Alarm and event data will be unavailable/missing during the change window.
This planned outage is required to facilitate / support a change in Chorus’s firewall configuration.
